If you need tech support while on the road, please call us at 1-877-447-7362 (California toll-free), email our support department at support@sti.net, or call 559-641-9000. There are also a number of troubleshooting tips included at the end of the Roaming User Guides. We have found that these tips solve 80% of the problems reported by roaming users. iPassConnect™ and Sierra Tel Internet only support the above operating systems. As a courtesy to our customers, we have included user and troubleshooting guides available for older operating systems and the previous version of iPassConnect™; however, STI strongly recommends you upgrade your operating system.
